On the back of a successful track-record of delivering custom AI solutions and advisory to businesses in the United States and Europe, we are currently looking to accelerate our growth through a more proactive approach towards developing relationships with our existing clients. As a result, we are looking for a seasoned Director / Senior Director, Client Partner to join the team and nurture mutually beneficial long-term business partnerships between deepsense.ai and our existing clients. The key objective of the role is to accelerate the long-term revenue growth of deepsense.ai through building a portfolio of engagements with the clients, while ensuring that their AI/ML needs are proactively identified and addressed.

Responsibilities:

  • take end-to-end responsibility for the entire relationship between deepsense.ai and the client (direction, health, revenue contribution),
  • develop sound understanding of the client’s business, products & services, operating model, external environment and opportunities & challenges to be able to assume their perspective while engaging in discussion on AI-related opportunities for the client,
  • ensure that the overall relationship and specific engagements with the client are conducted with the client’s best interests in mind, consistently deliver meaningful value and adhere to the highest standards of professional excellence and integrity,
  • identify and build effective relationships with key decision makers, decision influencers and champions within the client’s organization to build foundation for enhancing the collaboration with deepsense.ai in the future,
  • act as a primary point of contact for the client, facilitating effective and efficient communication across the client’s and deepsense.ai’s organizations,
  • lead the formulation and oversee the execution of the Client Development Plan which outlines specific initiatives, actions and milestones to ensure healthy development of the partnership between the client and deepsense.ai,
  • regularly engage with the deepsense.ai project delivery teams to stay informed about progress across our engagements with the client (deliverables, impact, challenges, risks), monitor client’s perception of deepsense.ai contributions and gather insights about the priorities & needs of the client’s organization,
  • maintain an up-to-date knowledge of deepsense.ai capabilities and project experience to be able draw on them if relevant in the context of the needs and priorities of the client,
  • guide our Project Managers and relevant technical experts in preparing specific engagement proposals for the client and lead the process of converting proposals into live projects (i.e. working out scope, deliverables, timeline, team, fees),
  • if relevant, support new client business development process at deepsense.ai with insights based on engagements with our existing clients.

Requirements:

  • track-record of developing long-term business relationships with large and mid-sized organizations on behalf of IT or professional service providers (operating in areas such as IT consulting, digital transformation, software development, systems integration),
  • ability to understand and connect with the perspective of executive-level stakeholders (Director, VP or C-level) across both technology and business domains,
  • curiosity to comprehensively understand client’s business and opportunities & challenges to credibly act as a trusted partner & advisor to senior stakeholders within the client’s organization,
  • entrepreneurial and problem solving mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and formulate how AI-based solutions could deliver value to the client’s organizations,
  • understanding and interest in the AI/ML area and latest developments (engagement in advisory or implementation projects with significant AI/ML or data science component would be a plus),
  • proactive and pragmatic attitude with bias for action, solution-oriented mindset in the face of challenges and ability to prioritize initiatives with the highest impact,
