Data Scientist with Computer Vision


We are currently looking for a Data Scientist specializing in Computer Vision.

Some of our recent CV-related projects include:

  • Multi-object tracking of people in surveillance videos
  • A  prototype of a virtual fitting room solution for a startup from Silicon Valley
  • An engine for visual understanding of industrial scenes captured by high-precision laser scanners (2D and 3D data)
  • Aerial and satellite image analysis – semantic segmentation of multispectral photos and objects detection

The successful applicant will have:

Computer Vision:

  • Experience with deep learning algorithms applied to various areas of Computer Vision,
  • Familiarity with popular architectures such as: ResNets, Mask R-CNN, YOLO,
  • An understanding of transfer learning and popular augmentation techniques,
  • Hands-on experience in tackling common computer vision tasks including image classification, detection, segmentation, face recognition, pose estimation, etc.
  • Working knowledge of CV-related training procedures, validation techniques and datasets.

General ML:

  • The ability to apply machine learning to real-life problems,
  • Good knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model training, hyper parameter tuning,
  • Working knowledge of deep learning models, loss functions, and performance measures,
  • Strong Python skills, hands-on proficiency in using machine learning tools: Scikit-Learn, NumPy, Pandas and PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras,
  • The ability to share your knowledge and willingness to learn continuously,
  • Good working knowledge of English (>B2 level).

We also welcome experience with/in:

  • OpenCV
  • NLP
  • data visualization,
  • building data processing pipelines, feature engineering and predictive models,
  • using machine learning on big data.
