Director of Revenue

Palo Alto/Warsaw/Remote helps companies gain a competitive advantage by providing customized AI-powered end-to-end solutions, with the main focus on AI software, team augmentation and AI advisory services.

Our technology capabilities include computer vision, predictive analytics and natural language processing. We also deliver machine learning and deep learning training programs to support companies in building in-house AI capabilities.

We are looking for a proven leader in the sales and revenue generation field, with experience in tech and professional services.

The successful candidate:

  • will be focused on our key markets: US, DACH, the Nordics, the UK, and may expand our services to Asia Pacific or other new markets,
  • will construct GTM strategy, drive revenue growth, manage end-to-end sales, and support teams at in order to generate more customers and revenue faster,
  • will absorb the existing sales and customer success operation with the mandate to scale the customer base and revenue from approx. 25 customers and $10+M ARR currently to 35 customers and $20M ARR in the first 12-24 months and over ~$50M ARR in the 4th year,
  • will focus primarily on the Enterprise sector with opportunity sales to mid-market customers and VC-backed tech startups,
  • will either be based in the company’s Warsaw (Poland) office or work remotely,
  • will report to the CEO of the company,
  • may become Chief Revenue Officer after 2 successful years in the company.


  • 7+ years overall track record,
  • contributor to an early-stage professional IT services business, scaling from ~$5M ARR to ~$25M ARR,
  • experience driving GTM both in strategy and execution,
  • experience selling and dealing with technical teams,
  • both a hands-on and strategic approach,
  • excellent command of English.
