Marketing Manager

At deepsense.ai we have 10 years of experience delivering AI advisory and implementation services to large and mid-sized businesses in the United States and Europe. Our team of 120 world-class AI experts has worked on 200+ commercial and R&D projects with companies such as Whirlpool, Volkswagen, Janssen, Hexagon, Hitachi, Juniper Networks, Nielsen, BNP Paribas, Santander, Intel and Google.

On the back of a successful track-record of delivering custom AI advisory and implementation solutions to our clients, we are currently looking to expand our commercial capabilities and accelerate our growth. As a result, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team and lead end-to-end our B2B marketing activities and approach. The key objectives for the role include building strong awareness and credibility for the deepsense.ai brand and value proposition in the target segments and to orchestrate planning and execution of our B2B marketing activities to deliver on our commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • define the long-term vision and priorities across different areas of B2B marketing to pursue a comprehensive go-to-market approach,
  • prioritize across a full range of B2B marketing activities to build an implementation roadmap based on the understanding of the business opportunities, costs and implementation complexity,
  • ensure the implementation of B2B marketing initiatives in line with the roadmap through own contribution, support from team members and external vendors,
  • track and analyze the performance of marketing activities to identify improvement opportunities and ensure focus on the most impactful ones in the future,
  • coordinate engagement with internal and external stakeholders across business and technical functions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing for professional or IT services (e.g. technology consulting, software services), ideally with exposure to AI/ML or data science topics
    broad understanding of different areas within B2B marketing (demand generation,
  • account based marketing, content marketing, performance marketing & SEO, social media, events, employer branding) with deeper expertise in some of them,
  • strong understanding of stakeholders at large and mid-sized businesses to be able to develop marketing initiatives with their perspective in mind,
  • proactive and pragmatic attitude with the ability to identify new business opportunities and focus on getting things done,
  • strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects and to measure their impact,
  • ability to exercise business judgment to focus on initiatives with the highest impact,
    proficiency in English (C1 level),
  • interest in the AI/ML area.
