Senior Sales Operations Specialist

Our technology capabilities include computer vision, predictive analytics and natural language processing. We also deliver machine learning and deep learning training programs to support companies in building in-house AI capabilities.

On the back of a successful track-record of delivering custom AI solution services (across advisory and implementation), we are currently expanding our commercial capabilities to ensure we are able to engage with a greater number of prospective clients. As a result, we are looking for a Senior Sales Operations and Development Specialist to join the team and complement our customer-facing outbound sales activities through development of a strong and sustainable pipeline of sales opportunities. The key objective for the role is to operate a scalable end-to-end outbound sales process and refine it over time in terms of commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.


  • Looking after CRM operations to ensure accurate and comprehensive tracking and measurement of the sales process
  • Planning and executing the pre-sales process and activities (prospecting, email campaigns, email follow-ups, meeting scheduling)
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness of outbound campaigns
  • Identifying and implementing process efficiency and automation ideas
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate reporting of sales results and processes
  • Researching and identifying attractive market segments for outbound campaigns
  • Conducting research to understand customer needs and identify relevant customer use cases for our solutions


  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Sales Operations or similar role (ideally within technology, software development or professional services)
  • Comfortable with operating multiple sales support tools (CRMs, prospects databases, mailing platforms etc.)
  • Diligent and organized with high degree of ownership
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proactive and pragmatic attitude with a focus on getting things done
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • Interest in the AI/ML area and its impact on business
