Client’s Challenge
A global tire company faced challenges with the complexity of its software, particularly HR platforms, where employees struggled to update personal information like bank account details. Finding instructions was difficult, highlighting the need for an automated solution to simplify the process.
Our Solution
We developed a Proof of Concept (PoC) for an AI agent to automate personal data updates. The agent retrieves instructions from a knowledge base and interacts with the HR system to execute updates. It then analyzes HTML and interacts with visual elements, with the LLM determining where to click based on the instructions and generating appropriate code.
