At deepsense.ai we consider the recruitment process a meeting of two sides who want to gain as much information as possible about each other. That’s why the recruitment process is transparent and consists of a few steps.
01 Resume review
After receiving your application our recruiters will review your resume carefully and, if they like what they see, they will contact you by phone.
02 First phone contact
The first phone contact is usually made to set up an interview, though with some positions you can expect some questions even on the call. If you have any questions, this is also the first chance you’ll have to ask them.
For some positions, we will send you the Codility test to help us evaluate your technical skills. For data science roles, we sometimes ask candidates to do an additional task at home. It helps us to evaluate the skills that we highly appreciate in this position.
03 HR & Tech Interview
During the HR interview we ask questions regarding your experience, people skills and specific situations that you have had to deal with at work. We also reserve time for your questions, expectations and needs. We want to understand, from the start, what is important for you and what brings you satisfaction at work. We give you a lot of information about the vacancy, the company’s structure, history and culture and, if possible, the project that you would be working on.
The structure of the first technical interview is usually similar but the questions we ask are more focused on your technical skills. During this interview you have an opportunity to ask our technical recruiters what they appreciate best about our company and what makes brings them satisfaction at work.
04 II Technical interview & interview with PM
The second technical interview is similar to the first but the questions differ, some of the topics may be deepened and some of them can be more focused on the team fit and your suitability for the project. This interview is done to allow us to more objectively assess your skills. During this interview you can expect more detailed information about the potential project that you would work on and the technologies that would be used.
You will interview with the Project Manager so he or she can get to know you better. Our managers work very closely with the team, so some technical questions can be asked, but this interview is more focused on your motivation and experience as well as your fit on the project.

06 Welcome to deepsense.ai
When you join our company you will have a buddy, who will take care of you during the first days of your adventure with us. This person will greet you at the front desk, show you your workspace and the office and take you for lunch. We’ll do everything we can to make you feel happy on your first day!
