Here’s what to expect for a technical role:
HR interview
The first interview, lasting about 30 minutes, is with our HR team via Google Meet. We’ll discuss the company, our culture, projects, team structure, and the role you’ve applied for. It’s also a chance for us to learn about your experience, motivations, and expectations. The conversation is casual, reflecting our team’s friendly vibe.
Technical interview
Depending on the role, you may have one or two technical interviews, each lasting 90 minutes. During the HR interview, we’ll outline the next steps in the process. Our interviews follow a standard format, covering key technologies we use and including a live coding task.
Manager interview
The manager interview is a friendly, conversational opportunity to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your past experiences, roles, and teams, as well as your expectations and growth goals. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and gather the information you need to decide if we’re the right fit for you!
The offer
Once the process is complete, we’ll need some time to respond, but no longer than 14 days. Our HR team will contact you by phone to provide feedback.
