About deepsense.ai
deepsense.ai is an AI partner that builds production-grade systems with measurable ROI. We’ve delivered 200+ commercial AI projects with a team of 120+ AI experts. Financial services companies are showing more and more interest in our work, and we plan to double down on our investment in this area. Our work in the sector is increasingly agentic: we design and build AI systems that take on operational work, not just answer questions about it.
Your Role as Senior Industry Advisor
What you will do:
- Bring your domain perspective to first conversations with clients on live opportunities, before the technical conversation starts.
- Help clients see us as people who understand their world, and shape how we frame risk and controls.
- Help us decide where to focus: which use cases deserve a point of view and which are noise.
- Shape how we tell our financial services story to the market and to specific clients.
- Join key delivery moments when needed, such as steering committee meetings.
- Help us win the opportunities already in our pipeline. That’s the core of the role.
Why it’s worth it:
- You have a real say in how we approach the financial services market.
- You don’t carry the usual overhead: no delivery accountability, no P&L, no team to run.
- The role fits alongside your other work and strengthens it. You stay hands-on with the technology and close to how the market is changing.
What you’d bring
Most of all, judgment about how financial services companies operate, and a sense of where applied AI can add real value.
Ideally, you’re T-shaped: broad across financial services, with real depth in at least one area. The more areas you’ve worked across (banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, wealth management, fintech), the better.
How it would work
We’re looking for a flexible standing relationship rather than a one-off project. Ideally it fits alongside your other work and strengthens it: you’d stay hands-on with the technology and close to how the market is changing.
We expect 2 to 4 days a month to start, with room to grow.
The compensation would be a share of revenue from deals we win together plus hourly fees for advisory time.
