Their goal: enable users to retrieve precise information from complex manuals and seamlessly integrate the capability into existing desktop apps.

Our Solution

In just 4 weeks, we delivered a pilot using ragbits, our in-house GenAI framework, to build a chatbot that answers user questions by extracting data directly from technical documents. The system integrates with the client’s custom CMS, tracks document updates, and uses a Qdrant vector database for accurate retrieval. Infrastructure is deployed on Azure Kubernetes for scalability and uptime.
