Traditional radiographic assessments in arthritis trials were costly, variable, and not sensitive enough to reliably detect early structural damage. The client needed a more accurate and automated solution to enable smaller, cost-efficient trials while maintaining regulatory confidence.
Our Solution
We enabled data flow of manual radiographic readings for the development of AI/ML-based imaging biomarkers as automated, standardized, and more sensitive tools. The solution was built on an AWS cloud-based data lake, applying FAIR data principles and integrating automated image analysis models within the Collective Minds Radiology platform. To ensure adoption and scalability, we also established secure data-sharing frameworks in alignment with regulatory pathways.
