Client’s Challenge
A leading industrial technology company specializing in measurement and geospatial tools sought to enhance its products with advanced AI. They needed a solution to efficiently retrieve information from complex technical documentation and integrate AI into their desktop applications.
Our Solution
In just 4 weeks, we deployed a pilot project using ragbits, our own GenAI framework, to develop a chatbot capable of accurately answering questions about the client’s tool by extracting data from technical documents. The system integrates with a custom CMS, tracks document changes, and leverages a Qdrant database for retrieval. All infrastructure is deployed in a Kubernetes cluster on Azure for scalability and reliability.
