Client’s Challenge

The goal was to design and develop a marketplace platform for advanced nanomaterials, serving as a data and model hub to enable collaboration between researchers and manufacturers in the quality assurance process. Additionally, we aimed to create deep learning models to assess the quality of nanotubes.

Our Solution

We provided end-to-end services, including UX/UI design, backend, and frontend development for the platform. Simultaneously, our data scientists curated a nanotube dataset and trained custom deep learning models to detect manufacturing defects. Our machine learning engineers also built a model deployment suite for seamless inference and evaluation across various datasets.

Client’s Benefits

The pilot platform successfully attracted its first users and remains under active development after 2 years. Our deep learning models achieved a remarkable 92% F1 score in defect detection, significantly improving quality assurance processes.
