Applied AI Talent Program
A 3-month full-time program for ambitious students and graduates who have already built with AI and want to turn strong technical foundations into real-world, production-grade experience.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re searching for aspiring AI specialists who are eager to make a real impact. If you meet the criteria below, you’re just the person we’d love to see on our team! If you’re passionate about machine learning and ready to grow your skills, this program is tailored for you!
Academic Background
Completed, or close to completing, a degree in:
• Computer Science,
• AI,
• Data Science,
• or Mathematics.
Foundational Knowledge
• Active in projects beyond coursework (GitHub, research, open source), with hands-on project experience
• Experience in hackathons, competitions, or student orgs
Technical Skills
• Strong Python skills
• Solid foundations in Machine Learning and data work (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, etc.)
• Basic experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face
• Familiarity with Git
Bonus points for
experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or ragbits, familiarity with RAG and vector stores, hands-on exposure to Docker or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and personal projects on GitHub or Hugging Face or participation in competitions.
About the Program
Over three months, you’ll learn from and work alongside our top-tier AI and machine learning engineers, diving deep into real-world challenges and contributing to applied AI solutions.
During the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in planning and implementing machine learning solutions while honing your customer relationship management skills.

- Career Opportunity: After completing the program, exceptional interns will be offered long-term cooperation with deepsense.ai.
Internship Roadmap
During the internship you will learn both how to plan, develop, and implement solutions based on machine learning as well as customer relationship management.
