About the role:
At deepsense.ai, we build AI solutions for global clients and work with partners like Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI. We’re growing and looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring for technical roles and help new people get a great start with us.
This role goes beyond running recruitment processes. You will take care of the full hiring journey – from finding and engaging the right people, through recruitment, to onboarding. You will work closely with our Senior HR Business Partner, who leads growth, performance, and retention. Together you will form a People & Culture team with real influence over how the company grows.
We are looking for someone who knows Tech Recruitment well, works in a structured, data-driven way, communicates clearly, and demonstrates strong ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
What you will do:
- Run end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, mainly across Machine Learning Engineers, Data Science, and AI Software Engineering.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and technical interviewers to understand what kind of person we need and how to assess them well.
- Source candidates proactively, including people who are not actively job hunting.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs, not just current openings.
- Manage and optimize our ATS (Traffit), integrate AI/automation into workflows, and turn hiring metrics into actionable recommendations.
- Take care of candidate experience and keep the process clear and smooth.
- Work on our employer brand and visibility in the AI/ML market, Talent Program, and early-career initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding and help new joiners settle in well during their first weeks and months.
- Manage a respectful offboarding process, making it a positive final experience.
- Temporarily: Support day-to-day perks and team integrations, with the strategic goal of transitioning them to Admin/Finance.
- Contribute to broader People & Culture topics and team initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on, end-to-end IT/tech recruitment, with a proven track record hiring technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML/AI Engineers, or Data Engineers.
- Sourcing & Market Craft: Pro in identifying passive candidates with a deep understanding of the IT/AI hiring market and trends.
- Stakeholder partnership: Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and technical stakeholders, with the credibility to advise and push back when needed.
- Employer branding sense: Experience strengthening an employer brand and/or EVP and representing a company in the talent market.
- Data & AI Savviness: Comfortable using data/reporting to guide decisions and keen to use AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to work smarter. Tools: Practical knowledge of ATS platforms (Traffit preferred), recruitment reporting tools, and Google Workspace.
- Ownership & organization: Able to manage multiple searches at once with excellent organization, attention to detail, and the autonomy to drive work independently.
- Communication: Clear, direct communicator who is comfortable with difficult conversations and can assertively make the case for the right decision.
- Language: Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken.
