We follow methodology developed on the basis of research and commercial projects delivered for clients such as NTT, Nielsen, L’Oreal, Google and Intel.

On the back of a successful track-record of delivering custom AI advisory and implementation solutions to clients in the United States and Europe, we are currently looking to accelerate our growth through a more proactive approach within our Manufacturing & Industrial vertical specialization. As a result, we are looking for a seasoned VP / Business Development executive to join the deepsense.ai team and expand our brand awareness, credibility and client portfolio within the vertical specialization areas.

At deepsense.ai we have 10 years of experience delivering AI advisory and implementation services to large and mid-sized businesses in the United States and Europe. Our team of 120 world-class AI experts has worked on 200+ commercial and R&D projects with companies such as Whirlpool, Sky, Volkswagen, Janssen, Hexagon, Hitachi, Juniper Networks, Nielsen, BNP Paribas, Santander, Intel, NVIDIA and Google.

Responsibilities:

  • identify and prioritize prospects for AI-based custom solutions within the Manufacturing & Industrial vertical specialization area,
  • engage with relevant stakeholders at top prospects to develop strong understanding of their business and needs, identify potential use cases for AI-based solutions and assess the business impact of implementing the most promising initiatives,
  • work closely with the delivery team at deepsense.ai to prepare specific project proposals (incl. technical approach and commercial terms),
  • identify key decision makers and influencers within the clients’ organization and build effective relationships with them to lay ground for future broadening of the partnership with deepsense.ai,
  • collaborate with the marketing team at deepsense.ai to develop effective go-to-market approach for the vertical specialization area,
  • represent deepsense.ai as a thought leader and evangelist in the vertical specialization area through participating in domain-specific events, conferences, speaking engagements, interviews, podcasts etc.

Requirements:

  • sound understanding of business models, operational levers, opportunities and challenges for businesses operating in the vertical specialization area (ideally through exposure to multiple organizations as an executive and/or consultant in technology or business area),
  • experience in selling professional or IT services (e.g. technology consulting, software services, digital transformation) to large and mid-sized organizations, ideally with exposure to AI/ML or data science topics,
  • ability to understand and formulate how AI-based solutions deliver value to organizations at technical and business levels,
  • credibility and reputation within a broad network of relationships at executive level in the vertical specialization area,
  • ability to connect with and understand the perspective of stakeholders in both technology and business roles at various levels of seniority (manager, director, VP, occasionally C-level) at large and mid-sized organizations,
  • entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities,
  • proactive and pragmatic attitude with focus on getting things done and delivering results.

  • attractive financial packages with baseline retainer fee for initial ramp-up period (subject to achieving mutually agreed milestones) and variable compensation correlated to the value of new business delivered.
