Adam is responsible for commercial growth at deepsense.ai and leads the business functions across Marketing, New Business Development, and Client Development. His key responsibilities include defining growth ambitions, shaping the company’s value proposition and commercial narrative, and fostering the development of new growth initiatives. Adam also ensures the continuous improvement of commercial processes, efficient operations through robust tools and systems, and effective collaboration between commercial functions and other departments.

Prior to joining deepsense.ai, Adam held leadership roles at Booksy, the world’s leading SaaS-enabled beauty marketplace. As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), he was responsible for scaling the global business units across the United States and Canada, Poland, the UK and Ireland, France, Spain, Brazil, and South Africa with a team of approximately 650 people. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Adam managed Booksy’s global business processes, internal IT systems, and technical infrastructure. Adam’s previous experience includes international leadership roles at Google in sales and marketing, commercial and strategy roles in the telecom sectors, and strategy consulting. Concurrently, Adam is an active investor in high-growth, technology-based startups as a Limited Partner in early-stage venture capital funds (Hedgehog Fund, MOC, MOC II) and as an angel investor.

Adam holds an MSc in Management and Marketing from the Warsaw School of Economics, an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, and has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
