The project used models to predict used phone resale values and customer trade-in likelihoods, with insights displayed in dashboards for pricing strategies and cohort profitability.
Our Solution
We joined the project at the PoC stage to transition the solution from notebooks to a production-ready Python package, improving the codebase and resolving key issues.
