Client’s Challenge
One of Europe’s largest software companies needed to deploy ChatGPT Enterprise to more than 1,500 users across a complex organizational structure while meeting strict security and compliance requirements. A fixed go-live deadline, combined with a new OpenAI usage-limits model introduced mid-project, created significant configuration and timeline risk.
Our Solution
We designed a three-layer governance model covering groups, roles, permissions, and credit allocation. The model incorporated OpenAI’s new per-group limits mechanism from day one, ahead of the industry-wide migration. We also delivered technical workshops for IT and security stakeholders, an administrator playbook. We also used our OpenAI partnership to support a direct escalation when a critical tenant-provisioning issue put the go-live deadline at risk.
