A global logistics real estate leader with over 1B sq ft across 20 countries had already rolled out ChatGPT Enterprise to 2,000+ employees and adopted OpenAI technology across engineering and analytics teams. They have a centralized Quality Assurance (QA) team which heavily relies on manual work and expensive licenses of third party QA products. They identified a strategic opportunity in automating the processes with AI and significantly reducing costs, and were looking for a partner to guide them through.
